Perfect Customer Service. First time stay at the Nevis Bank Inn and hopefully not the last. Excellent rooms, first class, friendly staff who were happy to go above and beyond. Ours was a family stay across two rooms which were next to each other. Whilst we did not avail ourselves of the Breakfast (our choice), the evening menu and service was varied and of a high standard. Had originally booked via an accommodation search engine only to discover that it was on a room only basis. Phoned the hotel direct and spoke to Claire. She was able to book 2 single rooms on a B&B basis for much less. When we arrived she was as helpful as she was on the phone. Lovely big modern room with a hospitality tray and toiletries. The food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was just superb. Hope to go back. Date of stay: October 2020
Great choices for breakfast. Even with a limited menu during the pandemic, the evening meals were varied enough to please a vegetarian and meat eater. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect for a quick drive to Ben Nevis or a short walk to bars and shops in town. Disliked · There is nothing I would change about the hotel. Date of stay:-
